Standard Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it in its original, unused condition within 30 days of receipt for a full refund of the item’s cost.

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, you must notify us within 7 days of receipt so we can arrange a resolution.

How to Return an Item

  • Returns must be sent to our returns address at your own cost and risk. We cannot process refunds for items we do not receive.
  • Please contact us before returning any damaged, faulty, or incorrect items. Do not return them unless advised by our team.

Order Cancellations

You have the right to cancel your order prior to dispatch. 

  • Notify us in writing or via email prior to dispatch if you wish to cancel and return the item(s).
  • We will refund the cost of the item(s) plus the original delivery charge (if applicable).

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if you receive a faulty or misdescribed product, you are entitled to a full refund within 30 days of receiving it.

If we send you a replacement for a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must return the original item within 30 days. We reserve the right to charge the cost of the replacement to the original payment method if the return is not received.
