Smoke & Flame Black Country Tikka

Black Country Tikka takes the familiar warmth of tandoori spice and gives it a Smoke & Flame shove towards the grill.

Kashmiri chilli brings colour and gentle heat, lime adds sharpness, mango and lime give a fruity tang, and smokey notes pushes it into proper BBQ territory. Natural sugars round the edges and helps the spices cling, giving you that sweet, smoky, spicy hit that works just as well over flame as it does in the oven.

Tikka-style flavour, built with a Black Country backbone.
