Tubby Tom's Bone Sucker Rub

So tasty you'll be suckin' on the bones!

One of our first ever spice mixes, sweet tasty bbq blend with notes of smokey bacon & black pepper.

I use beet powder & non- heat treated oak smoked paprika to make the ribs glow super pink.

Just trim, slap the rub all over before massaging into those fat ribs. Cling wrap & chill for at least 2 hours (ideally overnight) before smoking, searing, offset bbqing, oven cooking. Make it yours.

Pair with our smokey maple bbq glaze for the ultimate climax.
