Angus & Oink Shropshire Lad Margarita Rub

Here we have his "Margarita Rub" sweet, sour, salty, bitter and umami all the flavours you'd expect from a great martini! We can't get enough of this on shrimp!

This can be used as a base rub but was really intended as a seasoning. Hot, salty, sour with black lime, jalapeno and coconut sugar, it will make almost anything slap. As good on tacos as it is scrambled eggs, or of course to spice a Margarita cocktail!
