Tubby Tom's Ember Butter

This seasoning from Tubby Tom’s is inspired by their well known BBQ course trick of roasting onions directly in the coals until they are sweet, smoky and soft. The flavour of those fire roasted onions is blended with butter and spices to create a rich, versatile seasoning.

Use it to make an easy steak dip, as a side sauce for anything off the grill, or even as a meat rub. It works especially well on chicken.
