Tubby Tom's World Famous Chilli Jam Sauce

Back with a brand new twist! This particular batch is quite SOLID, little heavy handed with the pectin ffs. Jumbo tubs for good deals though, just get ready to slice it rather than spread it ha! Next batch cooking tomorrow and will be beta.

We get asked for this product a lot!!!! We mainly make sauces and dusts at tubby hq but we do love dabbling into extras like jams and pickles. Hard to cram them into the working week so we don't always have stock.

We wanted to make a chilli jam that had a lot of body. Ain't just sugar and chilli like others on the market. It's the perfect accompaniment for salmon, grilled cheeses, cheese boards, bacon sandos you name it!!!!
